The house is reached through the entry gate of a prominent racing stable. The residence is a large one-bedroom plan with plenty of room for entertaining. A double master guest suite is located apart from the residence close to the Entry and Parking.

The large reflecting pool, spa, and outdoor entertaining provide a place to enjoy the serenity surrounded by bluegrass and horses.
