Randy Gay is a Texas licensed architect with over 40 years of Class A commercial and high-end residential design and project architect experience. Randy taught design at the University of Houston College of Architecture and the Texas International Education Consortium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His broad perspective of Architecture was achieved through working with one of the premier architecture firms in the country - Skidmore Owings and Merrill - in their Houston, Washington D.C. and San Francisco offices as well as several awarding winning Houston firms including Curtis & Windham, Architects and Robert E. Griffin, Architects.
Randy’s work spans the United States as well as international work in Asia. Commercial work includes projects in Houston, Baltimore, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Manila, and San Diego. Over the last 20+ years his work has focused on custom one client residences throughout the U.S. Recently he has broadened his work to include multiple Houston clients on site specific structures.
Randy is a Texas native, and graduated from The University of Houston College of Architecture receiving his Bachelor of Architecture – Magna Cum Laude in 1979. Husband, Father, Grandfather. His interests are music and vintage cars. He plays the guitar because he likes it, not because he’s any good at it, and tinkers on old British sports cars.
