Adjacent to Petco Park baseball stadium is a multi-occupancy Hotel / Condo Structure. As part of the original build-out, three floors were designated for custom design and finishes. Working with the building architects and construction company, floor penetrations for plumbing and HVAC were put in motion during the construction phase. Where the typical building floor would have four apartment units, this floor was re-apportioned for three. This condo represents one of three residences.
With commanding views over San Diego harbor and Coronado island to the ocean, then City views to the South and East down into the baseball park, the three bedroom residence occupies a signature location at the pinnacle of the development.
The plan features a Great Room Living / Dining Room with large expanses of bookcases in figured Sycamore, built in Fireplace with tv above, and raised ceiling with cove lighting.
