Adjacent to Petco Park baseball stadium is a multi-occupancy Hotel / Condo Structure. As part of the original build-out, three floors were designated for custom design and finishes. Working with the building architects and construction company, floor penetrations for plumbing and HVAC were put in motion during the construction phase. Where the typical building floor would have four apartment units, this floor was re-apportioned for three. This condo represents one of three residences.
With commanding views over San Diego harbor and Coronado island to the ocean, then City views to the North and East down into the baseball park, the residence occupies a signature location at the pinnacle of the development.
Custom stone flooring, gourmet kitchen, leather wrapped cabinetry are featured in this three bedroom plus study plan. The plan is organized about a Gallery space linking the Study on the East past bedrooms and Family Room to the Great Room and Master Suite to the West.
