Remodeling of a 1980’s era residence in Houston’s Memorial area. Work included Kitchen, Family Room, Dining, and Library.
The Kitchen involved extensive structural work in order to open up the space. The original Kitchen and Bar, including a pantry closet, were completely removed.
The Dining and Library work consisted of Alder cabinetry, articulated ceilings, stone fireplace surround, and lighting upgrades.
