Remodeling of a 1980’s era residence in Houston’s Memorial area. Work included Kitchen, Dining, Library, Patio, Outdoor Living and Pool.
Along with a whole house generator, a new tiled pool with stone grotto was constructed in the back yard, along with a covered sitting area close to the house with gas fireplace and an Outdoor Living / Kitchen addition to complete the structure. The pool work includes a motorized cover, integral to the construction.
Barn doors allow pool entrance through the Garage for guests, while an existing Powder Room is easily accessed.
